1. Ordering & Fulfillment
1.1 Orders are produced and fulfilled on-demand through trusted partners (e.g., Printful). Production and shipping timelines vary by product and destination.
1.2 You will receive confirmation and tracking (where available) once your order is placed and shipped.
2. Shipping
2.1 Shipping rates and options are displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
2.2 Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, and external factors can affect timing.
3. Returns & Exchanges
3.1 Most products are made to order. Because of this, immediate refunds are not offered.
3.2 If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us via the Contact form within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
3.3 For any refund request, there is a mandatory 90-day review period beginning once we confirm receipt of your complete claim (including all requested documentation and return of the product, if applicable). During this period, we assess eligibility. A refund is not guaranteed after the review; decisions are made at our sole discretion.
3.4 If a return is authorized, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing. We recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
3.5 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if any) to be considered for return or exchange.
3.6 Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including but not limited to: custom-made items, limited-run drops, digital products, and gift cards.
4. Refund Method
If, after the 90-day review, a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in denial of any future transactions or services. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation.
