TRIVYN AI Emergency Framework

Pronunciation: TRY-vin

✨ Vision

TRIVYN is an AI-assisted emergency triage support system designed to enhance first response outcomes after accidents or traumatic events. It provides real-time, data-driven guidance to help paramedics, law enforcement, bystanders, and even family members make the most life-preserving decisions possible within minutes of an incident.

TRIVYN is not just a theoretical solution — it’s a call to action for tech leaders, emergency infrastructure designers, and public safety agencies to collaborate on building the missing link between human care and machine-assisted decision making.

This framework emerged from a tragic personal loss. On July 22, 2024, Noel Brown Sr. was critically injured in a vehicle collision in Livingston, NY. Despite being conscious at the scene and receiving early assistance from an off-duty paramedic, he was transported to a non-trauma center, where he died. The family was notified over two hours later. This preventable delay and cascade of poor communication inspired the TRIVYN concept.

Core Concept

TRIVYN leverages real-time data from:

  • Vehicle telemetry / black box logs

  • Onboard cameras and LiDAR

  • Smartphone sensors (e.g., crash detection features)

  • Wearables (vitals from smartwatches, etc.)

  • User-reported symptoms and environment data

Processed by AI models to provide:

  • Triage Suggestions (trauma center vs. local ER)

  • Response Routing (airlift vs. ground)

  • Scene Analysis (how to extract trapped individuals)

  • Remote Aid (guidance for civilians on scene)

  • Family Notifications (confirms and escalates next-of-kin outreach)

Applications

  1. In-Vehicle AI Integration
Works alongside crash detection. Sends encrypted health + impact data to 911 systems or emergency hubs.

  2. Responder Console
First responders receive predictive insights before arrival: patient status, severity, best hospital options.

  3. Citizen Companion App
Helps bystanders act without causing harm: step-by-step instructions, emotional stabilization tools.

  4. Post-Care Insight
Scene logs + reconstructions for hospital intake, family understanding, and legal/insurance clarity.

Why Now

  • Vehicles already record crash data — but it’s underused in triage.

  • AI can now assist human judgment without replacing it.

  • Natural disasters, aging populations, and distracted driving trends demand modern solutions.

  • Families deserve faster, clearer answers in their most vulnerable moments.

Ethical Commitments

  • Human-First Loop: TRIVYN never overrides human judgment.

  • Privacy by Design: All data is encrypted and purged post-incident.

  • Transparency: Families informed of what data was used and how it helped.

Call to Collaboration

TRIVYN is not a company — yet. It’s a spark in search of a flame.

We invite:

  • OpenAI, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Meta – for AI, NLP, health/telemetry integration

  • Tesla, Ford, GM – to explore in-vehicle integration

  • Emergency Service Providers – for field validation

  • Health Systems & Trauma Centers – for response protocol alignment

Let’s build an interoperable protocol for AI-supported emergency care.

🌱 Origin

TRIVYN was conceived by Noel Brown Jr., a digital marketer and writer in Clinton Corners, NY, after the tragic and confusing loss of his father. He brings this idea forward not for profit — but to prevent this type of loss for others.

He is open to consulting, collaborating, or contributing however possible to bring this into reality.
