Manifesting Sustainability
When we complete out first round of fundraising and continued fundraising efforts, we will manifest our efforts into simpledorms.com, simpledorms.org and our Responsible Renting® and Charitable Stay® initiatives.
Through simpledorm.com we aim to provide an all inclusive housing experience for those interested in creating a better society by leading a socially responsible lifestyle. Onsite meals, fitness, library, lounge, entertainment, media and outdoor space will foster the type of environment where progressive individuals can live, play and work with a community serious about real change.
This affordable housing initiative will apply a fee on top of the already reduced rent. The fee and any amount paid above the tenants base rent will be considered a donation that will go towards ending hunger and homelessness in their immediate and surrounding communities.
By providing safe spaces for hardworking socially responsible individuals, we aim to create and sustain safer communities for everyone.
The non-profit simpledorms.org, will provide assistance to those currently experiencing hunger and homelessness. The funds generated from our simpledorms.com renters, Responsible Renting® and Charitable Stay® initiatives.
Responsible Renting® will work with existing and new property management companies to establish a charitable system in which the flow of money benefits their community as a whole. Renters and property managers are afforded the opportunity to pay a fixed or variable amount above their monthly or annual rent in an effort to end hunger and homelessness, locally and abroad.
Charitable Stay® will work with existing and new property management companies and hotels to establish a charitable system in which the flow of money benefits their community as a whole. Guests and property managers and owners are afforded the opportunity to pay a fixed or variable amount above the daily, monthly or annual best available rate offered by the establishment. This effort will create safer vacation and tourist destinations for tourist and locals alike. In addition to uplifting those that need it the most.
Our aim is to have communities of renters, property owners, managers, companies, individuals and families actively funding efforts that catch those in need. Providing a safety net that will not allow for families, and individuals to simply slip through the cracks in society.
It starts today! With these simple designs and a humble yet bold vision, we forge the ground work to end the unnecessary scourges of hunger and homelessness, that plague so many individuals, families, children, veterans and our society.
